The “Flame of Hope” made a special stop at Rise & Nye's.
The Special Olympics’ Law Enforcement Torch Run made a stop Wednesday morning in front of Rise & Nye’s coffee and ice cream shop in downtown Sarasota that employs 35 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
